In recent years, electric patrol cars have become a good helper for law enforcement personnel patrolling the people! Now all large and small areas, parks, schools and other public places are equipped with electric patrol cars, which not only reduces the workload of security personnel, but also speeds up the processing of unexpected events.
However, many times, when electric patrol cars have problems, law enforcement patrol officers do not know where the problems are, and this time it needs to be analyzed step by step. Next, Renault Automotive's small series will introduce several inspection methods, hoping to help everyone!
Check the power supply first
If the power is not available, check that the fuse is good. In the normal condition of the fuse, the power is not available. The next step is to check whether the internal electrode connection of the power supply is loose and whether the battery is open circuit.
If there is power, check the power cord and power lock. When the vehicle has electricity, the motor does not rotate. Next, turn on the controller and short the positive red line and the yellow speed line. If the motor works normally, the motor and controller are good. If the motor does not turn, the motor is bad or the controller is bad. If the motor and the controller are normal and the motor does not turn, it may be a problem with the turning handle and the brake lever.
1. Unplug the motor from the harness connector. Use a multimeter diode file. Point the multimeter red needle to the motor's six-pin plug red line. The black needle on the thin yellow, blue, green, and black lines. The value flashes as 900. Above, the red needle is on the black line and the black needle is on the thin yellow, blue, green and red lines. The value flashes from 500 to 600. Flashing to zero or infinity is bad.
2, under power, with a multimeter's 200 volts DC voltage file, black needle on the six-pin plug fine black line, red needles are on the thin yellow, blue, green lines, tumble motor, voltage flash 0-6.25 volts Change between. The maximum and minimum values of the three lines should be similar.
